All orders are posted using 1st Class Royal Mail or standard Airmail by default, free of charge.

Orders placed before 4pm GMT Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day if the item is in stock, orders placed after this time may not be dispatched until the following working day although I do make every effort to dispatch the same day where possible.

All items are normally available from stock, but occasionally items are out of stock, in which case you will receive an email letting you know when they will be dispatched and if this isn't convenient you will have the option to cancel to the item(s) and receive a full refund for them.
